All of our sales are non-credit purchases. The full amount is due at the time the order is placed. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Our plan package includes 8 sets. Additional plans must be purchased within 90 days of the original purchase. Plans purchased after 90 days will be considered new purchases. All plan sales are final. It is the responsiblity of the purchaser to ensure that the plans purchased will be suitable for your site (including all subdivision restrictions prior to purchase).
Most of our plans are available in mirror image with correct reading dimensions and details. These plans will be labeled reversed and some of the notes and dimensions may be awkward. Please indicate if you would like reversed sets. If reversed sets are not yet available, this option will not be offered.
Sub-grade basements are designed with poured concrete foundations and above grade basements are designed with elevated concrete slabs. We offer a choice between pier and curtain wall and solid block crawlspace foundations. Some of our siding plans are also offered with solid 8 inch face brick foundations. The foundation options that are currently available for each plan will be listed on the order page. Please indicate the preferred crawlspace foundation type. Additional foundation options will be added as alternate foundations are completed.
